Return Policy
Because of the nature of our products, we accept returns only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at help@loma.kr within 10 days of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted if:
-The product or package has been opened, used, damaged, or contaminated by the customer.
-Any components are missing, including free gifts, accessories, or included items.
*If an opened or used item is returned to us, it will be disposed of for hygiene and safety reasons. No refund can be issued, as the item is no longer resellable.
Return Process
1. Confirm the item is unopened and unused, then email us at help@loma.kr to request a return.
2. Our support team will review your request and send you the details on return shipping cost & instructions on returns.
3. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it to verify eligibility.
5. If approved, we will process your refund. Round-trip shipping costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
*Please do not return items without prior approval. Unapproved returns are not accepted.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received the wrong product or a defective item, please contact us at help@loma.kr within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue. After confirmation, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
