Shipping Timeframes

- Standard Shipping: Orders typically take 5-14 business days to be delivered after the tracking information has been updated.

- Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays beyond the estimated arrival date.

Discreet shipping

- All shipments are discreetly packaged to ensure your privacy and shipped from South Korea.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- If duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout, your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). In this case, you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

- If duties and taxes are not included in the final price at checkout, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, either our shipper or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange payment of any required charges. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

Split Shipments

- Some items in your order may be shipped separately. Rest assured, you will never be charged more for shipping and handling than the total amount displayed at checkout.
